摘  要:目的:研究医学本科心血管病学教学中应用选项目教学的效果。方法:选取2018年9月入学的两个本科班作为样本,每班学生各45名。实验班采用项目教学法;对照班采用传统教学。比较两组教学效果。结果:实验班临床操作技能、理论知识均优于对照班,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验班师生交流程度、知识理解程度、知识与操作融合程度、创新思维程度、团队协作满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在医学本科心血管病教学过程中,应用项目教学法可进一步提高教学质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of selective project teaching method in the teaching of cardiovascular disease for medical undergraduates.Methods:Two undergraduate classes enrolled in September 2018 were selected as samples,with 45 students in each class.The experimental class adopted the project teaching method.The control class adopted the traditional teaching method.We compared the teaching effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental class,the clinical operation skills and theoretical knowledge were better than the control class,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental class,the degree of communication between teachers and students,the degree of knowledge understanding,the degree of integration of knowledge and operation,the degree of innovative thinking and the degree of satisfaction of team cooperation were all better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of selective project teaching method in the teaching of cardiovascular disease for medical undergraduates can further improve the quality of teaching.
