摘  要:共同体是人们为实现共同的奋斗目标而结成的集体发展组织。按照社会、经济、文化共同体理论,构建基于社会共同体理论的区域远程教育合作与发展体制应以社会交往视野的关系团体说、社会管理视野的学习组织说、社会哲学视野的有效模式说等理论为基础;构建基于经济共同体理论与区域远程教育合作与协同发展体制应以社会经济视野的合作办学说、职业经济视野的合作育人说、产业经济视野的合作教学说等理论为基础;构建基于文化共同体理论的区域远程教育合作与发展体制应以学科文化视野的科学范式说、学术文化视野的文化立场说、创新文化视野的基本领域说等理论为基础。Community is a collective development organization formed by people to achieve common goals.According to the theory of social,economic,and cultural community,the construction of a regional distance education cooperation and coordinated development system on the basis of social community theory should be based on the relationship group theory of social interaction vision,the learning organization theory of social management vision,and the effective mode theory of social philosophy vision.The construction of it on the basis of the economic community theory should be based on the cooperative school-running theory of socioeconomic vision,the cooperative education theory of professional economic vision,and the cooperative teaching theory of industrial economic vision.The construction of it on the basis of cultural community theory should be based on the scientific paradigm theory of discipline and cultural vision,the cultural standpoint theory of academic and cultural vision,and the basic domain theory of innovative culture vision.
