PBL教学方法与CBL教学法结合在重症医学科(ICU)护理规培带教中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析PBL教学方法与CBL教学法结合在重症医学科(ICU)护理规培带教中的效果。方法于2017年2月-2018年2月将该院的50名规培护士分为两组,对照组进行传统教学,干预组进行PBL教学方法与CBL教学法结合教学,对比两组规培护士的考核成绩和对教学的满意度。结果干预组规培护士的考核理论知识成绩优良率80.00%明显高于对照组理论知识成绩优良率52.00%(P<0.05),干预组规培护士的考核基本技能成绩优良率76.00%明显高于对照组考核基本技能成绩优良率48.00%(P<0.05),干预组规培护士对教学的总满意度96.00%明显高对照组对教学的总满意度76.00%(P<0.05)。结论分析PBL教学方法与CBL教学法结合在重症医学科(ICU)护理规培带教中的效果显著,能提高规培护士的考核成绩和对教学的满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of the combination of PBL teaching method and CBL teaching method in the teaching of nursing regulations in ICU. Methods Fifty training nurses from February 2017 to February 2018 in the hospital were divided into two groups. The control group was used for traditional teaching. The intervention group was taught with the combination of PBL teaching method and CBL teaching method. The assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of training nurses were compared. Results The excellent rate of the theoretical knowledge of the nurses in the intervention group was 80.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(52.00%)(P<0.05). The excellent rate of the basic skills of the nurses in the intervention group was 76.00%. In the control group, the excellent rate of basic skills was 48.00%(P<0.05), and the total satisfaction of the nurses in the intervention group was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, which was 76.00%(P <0.05). Conclusion The analysis of the combination of PBL teaching method and CBL teaching method in the teaching of nursing intensive care(ICU) has significant effects, which can improve the performance of nurses in training and the satisfaction with teaching.
