摘  要:目的探讨新进护理人员规范化培训在结核病房中的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年8月-2019年9月期间该院新进的36名应届毕业护理人员作为研究对象,随机分为对照组、研究组,每组18名。对照组没有经过新进护理人员培训,研究组采取新进护理人员规范化培训,两组护理人员均参与该院结核病房护理工作,对两组新进护理人员护理态度、理论知识、操作水平、法律观念、防护措施、患者住院时间以及护理满意度评分进行比较分析。结果研究组患者护理态度、理论知识、操作水平、法律观念、防护措施、患者住院时间以及患者护理满意度评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过新进护理人员培训,其专业知识及业务水平均有很大程度的提高,并取得了良好的护理满意度,值得应用与推广。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of new nursing staff training in tuberculosis ward. Methods Thirty-six newly graduated nursing staff from our hospital from August 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into a control group and a research group, with 18 cases in each group.The control group did not receive training for new nursing staff. The research group adopted training for new nursing staff.Both groups of nursing staff participated in the nursing work of the tuberculosis ward in our hospital of nursing attitudes,theoretical knowledge, operational level, legal concepts, protective measures, patient hospitalization time, and patient care satisfaction were compared. Results Patients in the study group had better nursing attitudes, theoretical knowledge,operational level, legal concepts, protective measures, patient hospitalization time, and patient care satisfaction scores than the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Through the training of new nursing staff, their professional knowledge and business level have been greatly improved, and good nursing satisfaction has been achieved, which is worthy of application and promotion.
