摘 要:为提高涡旋压缩机的安全性和运行效率,基于改进射线法和决策树算法设计了一种压缩机排气温度控制系统.系统硬件采用STM32为监控核心,软件基于改进射线法和决策树设计.通过实时采集相关温度信息,利用改进射线法判定工况所在区域,并结合决策树提供有针对性的控制策略.实验结果表明,本系统可以根据相应工况采取对应的控制策略,排气温度可控制在设定值±2℃内.In order to improve the safety and operation efficiency of scroll compressor,a compressor discharge temperature control system based on improved ray method and decision tree is designed.STM32 is used as the monitoring core in system hardware,and the software is designed based on improved ray method and decision tree.According to the improved ray method,the working condition is located by real-time acquisition of relevant temperature parameters,and the pointed control strategy is provided according to the decision tree.The experiment results show that the system can adopt corresponding control strategy according to the working condition,and the discharge temperature can be controlled within±2℃of the set point.
