摘 要:目的分析2017-2018年张家港市食源性疾病的发病及流行规律,为及时发现食品安全隐患和提高食源性疾病的预警与控制能力提供理论依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对2017-2018年张家港市食源性疾病主动监测信息系统上报的病例进行分析。结果2017-2018年张家港市7家哨点医院共上报食源性疾病病例3005例,采集腹泻物或肛拭样本1497份,检出细菌或者病毒阳性病例326例,阳性检出率21.77%,主要为诺如病毒感染病例171例(52.45%)、副溶血性弧菌98例(30.06%);病例中20~39岁人数最多(42.80%);病例在夏季最多、冬季最少,7月为最高峰;临床表现以腹泻(91.91%)为主,肉及肉制品(38.96%)是主要的可疑食物。结论张家港市食源性疾病监测系统可通过及时收集病例信息以获得食源性疾病的流行病学分布特征,应继续加强监测,做好高发季节和重点人群的食源性疾病预警预测工作。Objective To analyze the incidence and prevalence of foodborne diseases in Zhangjiagang City from 2017 to 2018,and to provide theoretical basis for timely detection of food safety risks and improvement of early warning and control ability of foodborne diseases.Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was adopted to analyze the cases reported by the foodborne diseases active surveillance information system of Zhangjiagang City in from 2017 to 2018.Results From 2017 to 2018,a total of 3005 cases of foodborne diseases were reported by 7 sentinel hospitals in Zhangjiagang City,and 1497 samples of diarrhoeal faeces or anal swabs were collected.Positive cases of bacteria or virus were detected in 326 cases,with a positive detection rate of 21.77%,mainly including 171 cases(52.45%)of norovirus infection and 98 cases(30.06%)of vibrio parahaemolyticus.Most of the cases were at the age group of 20~39 years old(42.80%).Most cases were reported in summer with a peak in July and the least cases were reported in winter.Diarrhea(91.91%)was the main clinical manifestation,and meat and meat products(38.96%)were the main suspicious foods.Conclusion The surveillance system of foodborne diseases in Zhangjiagang City could collect case information in time to obtain the epidemiological distribution characteristics of foodborne diseases.It’s suggested to continue to strengthen surveillance and do a good job in the early warning and prediction of foodborne diseases in high incidence seasons and key populations.
