摘　　要：在现代生活中,教师一直是一种神圣的职业,它培养了一代又一代的年轻人走上适合自己的工作岗位。人们都说教师是人类灵魂的工程师,教师的教姿教态和职业道德不仅体现出自己的工作态度,对于教学工作也会有一定的影响,同时对于学生的行为也会起到一定的影响。教师良好的职业道德会给学生一个正面的指导,相反可能会影响学生的一生。正是因为这样,培养教师的职业道德素质始终是教育界最为关心的问题,文章以此作为研究,并给出相应的指导意见。In modern life,teachers have always been a sacred profession,which has trained generations of young people to take appropriate jobs.It is said that teachers are engineers of human soul.Teachers’teaching attitude and professional ethics not only reflect their working attitude,but also have a certain impact on their teaching and students’behavior.Teachers’good professional ethics will give students a positive guidance,but the poor ones may affect students’life.Just because of this,the cultivation of teachers’professional moral quality is always the most concerned issue in the education field.Based on the research this paper gives the corresponding guidance.
