基于职业能力培养的高职教学模式革新实践

摘　　要：社会多元化发展模式下,职业能力的培养在高职院校教育中的价值逐渐彰显出来,高职院校必须做出相应的改革来提升自身在教育领域中的竞争力,满足社会市场的发展需求。基于此,文章对高职院校教学理论进行论述,指出基于职业能力培养的高职教学模式建构基准,从教学理念、教学内容、教学方法三方面,对职业能力培养下的高职教学模式革新进行研究。Under the pluralistic development model of society,the value of vocational ability training in higher vocational college education gradually becomes apparent.Higher vocational colleges must make corresponding reforms to improve their competitiveness in the field of education and meet the social market development needs.Based on this,the article discusses the teaching theory of higher vocational colleges,and points out the construction of the higher vocational teaching mode based on vocational ability training.From the three aspects of teaching concept,teaching content and teaching method,this paper studies the reform of teaching mode in higher vocational colleges under the cultivation of vocational ability.
