高职院校就业指导工作的几点思考

摘　　要：根据近3年来对常州科教城4所院校数字媒体专业毕业生就业状况调查显示,学生的就业渠道更加多元化;相当多的学生反馈就业信息不足,经验不足;此外,相当多的学生对就业指导工作的主观评价不高。针对上述问题,高职院校就业指导部门应整合多方资源,构建就业信息平台;新形势下,改革就业指导课程教学方式;就业指导工作更加常态化、系统化,促进学生充分就业及高质量就业。According to the recent three years’ employment condition investigation based on digital discipline from four colleges in Changzhou Science & Cocational Region,it shows graduates obtain jobs from diversified channels,and they lack of experience;no plenty of employment information,furthermore,lower subjective evaluation about career guidance work. Aiming at these problems,career guidance departments of higher vocational colleges should integrate multi-party resources,build a smart employment information platform;under the new situation,reform teaching methods of career guidance curriculum;it should normalize and systematize this work,so it can enhance the level of sufficient employment and higher quality employment.
