摘　　要：高尔夫是一项兼具修身和修心功能的运动项目,备受学生欢迎。但高尔夫技术性很强,教学中由于学生缺乏对自身动作肌肉协调性的正确认知,严重影响了教学质量。表面肌电信号是量化肌肉协同活动和诊断技术动作的有效方法。设计了基于表面肌电信号采集与分析的高尔夫挥杆教学技术动作评价实验方案,从实验测试框架、实验流程、数据采集和数据处理分析等方面对实验方案进行了详细的设计,为后期在高尔夫教学中开展实验测试分析和技术动作诊断提供了基础。此外,实验设计对于其他体育项目的教学也可以提供借鉴。Golf is a very popular sport in campus which may be helpful in promotion of both physical and mental health.However,the skilled movement of golf demands good coordination of body and is very difficult to master for beginning learners for lack of correct understanding and feedback of muscle contraction style.Surface electromyography(EMG)is an effective method for quantifying muscle coordination activities and movement analysis.In this study,an experimental scheme of golf swing movement analysis in teaching was designed from the aspects of general framework,measurement process,data acquisition and calculation method based on surface EMG signal acquisition and analysis.The scheme may provide a basis for carrying out assessment and guidance of golf swing movement in the later teaching.In addition,the experimental design may provide instructional feedback of other sport items.
