摘  要:近年来,涉及危险化学品的环境污染事故影响巨大,而屡见报端的高校实验室安全事故和投毒事件反映出高校试剂管理的种种弊端。建设试剂管理系统已成为各大高校在政策导向下选取的解决途径。提出了一个功能相对完整的试剂管理系统框架,对国内外高校试剂管理系统的建设现状进行了梳理,指出国内发展的不足及其原因,为其日后的完善提供一些可参考的意见。In recent years,pollution accidents involving hazardous chemicals had great impact on both environment and society.Meanwhile,laboratory safety accidents and poisoning incidents happened in universities which had been reported repeatedly reflected the drawbacks of the reagents management.The construction of reagents management system(which is short for RMS)has become a solution for universities under the guidance of policies.In this paper,a framework of RMS with relatively complete function is put forward,and the construction situation of universities RMSs at home and abroad is combed.As a result,the shortcomings and reasons of the domestic RMSs’development are pointed out which in hope can provide some suggestions for the future improvement.
