陈嘉庚精神对高职院校落实立德树人根本任务的启示——以厦门海洋职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：习近平总书记在思想政治理论课教师座谈会上发表重要讲话,指出:“国无德不兴、人无德不立”“思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程”,提出了落实立德树人根本任务的重要指示,明确了新时代中国特色社会主义教育事业的发展目标,高校的思想政治教育应以德育培养为优先,而厦门海洋职业技术学院的校主——爱国华侨陈嘉庚先生,其一生就是立德树人精神的具体体现。本文重点研究陈嘉庚精神对于落实立德树人根本任务的保障作用,以厦门海洋职业技术学院为例子,主要从陈嘉庚的爱国思想、诚毅精神、倾资办学资助贫困学子、为国奉献大公无私、弘扬海洋文化的五个方面进行分析,在学校开展相关讲座,利用学校研究平台入手,深入剖析陈嘉庚精神对高校落实好立德树人根本任务的启示和推动力,从中得到对铸造新时代立德树人教师队伍的重要启示,对如何建设“四有”教师队伍也有了更深的领悟。General Secretary Xi Jingping important instructions on the discussion about ideological and political education teachers,he says:“national prosperity or decline cannot be without moral characters,people cannot be succeeded without moral character”“The ideological and political course is the key to implement the fundamental tasks of strengthening morality education”.It proposed the important instructions of the fundamental task of strengthening morality education,clearly defined the development goal of socialism education with Chinese characteristics for a new era.The ideological and political education in colleges and universities should give priority to moral education.Master of Xiamen Ocean Vocational College—Tan Kah Kee,whose life is concentration of spiritual connotation of strengthening morality education.This article researches on Tan Kah Kee Spirit for the implementation of the fundamental tasks of strengthening morality education,illustrated by the example of Xiamen Ocean Vocational College.It mainly focuses on five aspects,including Tan Kah Kee patriotism,treating others with honesty and taking real perseverance to do something,taking financial assistance for students with financial difficulties,devoted to the country,developing and expanding marine culture,conducting lectures in school,making use of research platform in school,analyzing Tan Kah Kee Spirit have enlightenment and impetus to the realization of the fundamental task of strengthening morality education in colleges and universities.From this,we get inspiration from strengthening morality education to casting the teachers of the new era,which also has a deeper understanding of how to build a teacher team have four qualities.
