摘 要:副文本的文化调节是指相关主体通过副文本书写来拉近译语读者与原作间的文化距离,使读者不断接近源语文化现实的做法。与译文内的文化调节相比,副文本的文化调节作用一直是被相对忽视的。然而,译文内的文化调节要以读者阅读正文本为前提,且译文内的文化调节囿于正文本的方寸之地,调节效果十分有限。为了保证原作域外接受和文化传播的效果,副文本的文化调节十分必要。基于此,拟研究副文本文化调节的特点、过程、目标和方式,以期深入认识副文本的文化调节作用,更好服务于我国文学作品的海外传播。The cultural conditioning of paratext refers to the practice that the relevant subjects narrate the cultural distance between the target language reader and the original work through the paratext’s writing, so that the reader can get closer to the reality of the source language culture. Compared with cultural conditioning in the narrowly defined translation process, the cultural conditioning of paratext has been relatively neglected. However, the cultural conditioning in translation should be based on the premise that readers read the text, and the cultural conditioning in translation is confined to the space of the text, so the effect is very limited. In order to ensure the effect of overseas reception and culture dissemination of the original works, it is necessary to have the cultural conditioning of paratext. Based on this, this paper intends to analyze the characteristics, process, goal and mode of paratext’s cultural conditioning, so as to deeply understand the role of paratext’s cultural conditioning and better serve the overseas dissemination of Chinese literary works.
