摘  要:创办高水平本科教育,切实加强质量文化建设,是新时代中国高等教育发展的必然要求。课堂教学是人才培养的主渠道,是高等教育落实立德树人根本任务的关键环节。民办本科院校办学历史短、办学经验不足、资源相对欠缺,在教学督导工作中仍存在诸多问题。通过构建以课堂教学为核心的教学督导机制,能有效促进民办本科院校进一步明确校院两级教学督导管理的主体责任,形成符合自身办学定位和办学特色的教学质量文化,促进教学质量持续提升和人才培养能力不断提高。It is an inevitable requirement for the development of higher education of China in the new era to build a high-level undergraduate education and strengthen the construction of quality culture.Classroom teaching is the main channel of personnel cultivation and the key link of implementing the basic task of morality education of higher education.There are still many problems in the teaching supervision of private colleges and universities due to their short history,lack of experience and resources.By the construction of teaching supervision mechanism with classroom teaching as the core can effectively promote the private colleges and universities to further clarify the main responsibility of the two-level teaching supervision management,form a teaching quality culture in line with their own orientation and characteristics,and promote the continuous improvement of teaching quality and personnel cultivation ability.
