摘　　要：大数据应用是推进医院精细化管理的重要方法。在分析医院绩效管理面临的主要问题的基础上,建立了涵盖指标评价、组织管理、运行监控、外部评价和创新发展的绩效管理制度体系,并构建了大数据在医院绩效管理中的应用框架,提出了在绩效管理中大数据的信息化应用路径,为公立医院应用大数据来改善医院绩效管理、推动医院绩效管理精细化水平的提升提供参考。The application of big data is an important method to promote refined management in hospitals. Based on the analysis of the main problems faced by hospital performance management,a performance management system covering index evaluation,organizational management,operational monitoring,external evaluation,and innovative development has been established,and a framework for applying big data in hospital performance management has been established. The information application path of big data in performance management is proposed,which provides a reference for public hospitals to use big data to improve hospital performance management and promote the refinement of hospital performance management.
