江苏职业教育教师的专业发展问题及路径探析

摘　　要：江苏职业教育教师的专业发展水平相对较高,但仍存在一些问题,如自主学习意识和氛围相对不足,对跨学科和跨专业的知识关注相对较少,系统科学的评价体系建构不全,对已有政策、举措缺乏反思和凝练等。因此,各职业院校需要从提升教师自主学习和发展能力,构建教师跨学科跨专业知识体系,制定职业院校教师评价标准以及反思、总结和提炼教师专业发展等方面着手,全面提升江苏职业教育教师的专业发展质量。The level of vocational education teachers’ professional development level in Jiangsu province is relatively high, but there are also some problems and shortcomings, such as insufficient self-learning awareness and atmosphere, relatively less attention to interdisciplinary knowledge, lack of systematic and scientific evaluation system, and lack of reflection and conciseness on existing policies and measures. Therefore, vocational coleges need to improve teachers’ independent learning and development ability, build teachers’ interdisciplinary professional knowledge system, formulate evaluation standards for teachers in vocational colleges, and reflect, summarize and refine teacher professional development measures, so as to comprehensively improve the professional development quality of vocational education teachers in Jiangsu province.
