摘 要:以国产某轿车的虚拟样机为基础,提出了一种以车轮定位参数的合理匹配来进行麦弗逊悬架优化和操纵稳定性分析的方法,在Adams/Insight中对整车的前悬架模型进行优化设计,并根据国标GB/T 6323-2014对悬架优化前后的整车模型进行转向盘角阶跃输入试验仿真。结果表明,悬架优化后整车模型具有更好的操纵稳定性。Based on the virtual prototype of a domestic car,a method is proposed to carry out the McPherson suspension optimization and handling stability analysis by means of a reasonable matching of wheel alignment parameters.The front suspension model of the whole vehicle is optimally designed in Adams/Insight,and the steering wheel angle step test emulation of vehicle model before and after suspension optimization is performed according to the national standard GB/T 6323.2-2014.The results show that the vehicle model has better handling stability after suspension optimization.
