摘  要:高职院校创建专业群不但能够准确对接地方产业集群,适应地方产业链的各类需求,而且也是高职院校提升高质量人才培养供给的有效性、培育学校特色、凸显教学优势以及提高学校社会服务水平的关键策略。专业群构建要体现对接产业服务需求、优化存量特色发展、资源共享内部通用等原则。高职院校专业群建设的核心要素包括:构建高效的专业群管理组织机构、编制科学合理的专业群人才培养方案、构建共享型高水平专业群课程体系、构建通用型专业群实训基地、打造高水平专业群师资团队。基于专业群组建原则和核心要素,构建了包含3个一级指标、12个二级指标、45个三级指标的专业群建设标准体系。The establishment of speciatly group in higher vocational colleges not only accurately connect with local industrial clusters,understand the various needs of local industrial chain,but also is the key strategy for higher vocational colleges to establish school characteristics,highlight teaching advantages and improve the level of social services.The principle of specialty group construction should embody the principles such as serving demand of the industry,optimizing the development of stock characteristics,and sharing resources.The core elements of the construction of speciatly group in higher vocational colleges including the contents as follows:firstly,constructing efficient speciatly group management organization;secondly,compiling scientific and reasonable speciatly group talent training program;thirdly,constructing shared high level specialty group curriculum system;fourthly,building a general-purpose training base for professional groups;at last,building a high-level professional faculty team.Based on the principles and core elements,a standard system for the construction of specialty group is constructed,which includes 3 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 45 third-level indicators.
