摘　　要：职业院校校长培训是在适应职业教育全面深化综合改革应然诉求,满足职业院校专业实践变革实然需求的基础上,支持服务职业院校校长专业发展能然追求的必要选择和重要路径。新时代赋予了职业院校校长培训专业化改进的新内涵,功能的方向、理念的定位、行动的策略是其重要的内涵要素。新时代职业院校校长培训专业化改进,需基于对内涵要素的本质思考,聚焦价值,深化追问"势-实结合、知-智结合、经-境结合、稳-问结合"的培训功能取向;立足本质,优化追问"目标-内涵化、内容-逻辑化、方式-实效化、评价-助行化"的培训理念取向;根植服务,内化追问"需求调研-有力度、质量标准-有高度、效能延展-有深度、资源支持-有广度"的培训策略取向。The training of vocational principals is the necessary choice and important path to support the professional development of vocational principals based on the basis of the comprehensive reform in vocational education.The new era has given the new connotation,function and concept of the professional improvement of the principal’s training.Professional improvement of vocational education principal training in the New era should deepen the function for the combination of potential and reality,knowledge and intelligence,economy and environment,stability and question;analyse the concept on meaningful objective,logical content,effective mode,active evaluation;explore the strategy to enhance investigation demand,quality standard,extended efficiency,supported resources.
