摘　　要：开放教育需要完善的学习支持服务,它能够增强开放教育的核心竞争力。良好的学习支持服务,可以保障每一位学生得到适合自己的服务项目、服务内容,保证服务质量。本文基于开放教育质量报告并结合对部分办学单位实地调研的基础上,分析基层办学单位在学习支持服务工作中存在的问题,提出改进措施,旨在更好地提升办学质量。Open education needs perfect learning support services,which can enhance the core competitiveness of open education.Good learning support services,can ensure that each student to get their own services,services,to ensure the quality of service.Based on the quality report of open education and the field investigation of some school-running units,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the service work of learning support of grass-root school-running units,and proposes improvement measures to better improve the quality of school-running.
