摘 要:党的十九大提出乡村振兴战略以来,基础教育振兴发展开始受到更多关注。陕西省农村地区基础教育的发展还存在很多不完善,诸如教学设施保障不到位、师资力量薄弱、农村学生流失率较高等。这些问题主要源于农村基础教育经济环境制约、基础教育政策价值供给与学生对教育的追求之间存在一定差距、基础教育政策配套的教育管理机制不完善。因此,要实现农村基础教育振兴发展,通过城乡教学资源共享、加大农村基础教育财政投入、对贫困家庭学生进行资助、建构科学合理的农村教育体系等途径实现。Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,the development of basic education has received more attention.There are still many imperfections in the development of basic education in rural areas of Shaanxi Province,such as insufficient guarantee of teaching facilities,weak teachers,and a high rate of rural student loss.These problems mainly stem from the economic environment constraints of rural basic education,the gap between basic education policy value supply and students'pursuit of education,and the incomplete education management mechanism supporting basic education policies.Therefore,the revitalization and development of rural basic education should be achieved through the sharing of urban and rural teaching resources,increasing the financial investment in rural basic education,subsidizing students from poor families,and building a scientific and reasonable rural education system.
