摘　　要：现代学徒制在提高人才培养质量体制、扩大就业、推动专业服务产业发展中发挥着十分重要的作用。但在实践中也存在着一些深层次的问题,主要体现在校企合作机制的构建,岗位要求与课程内容的衔接统一,师资队伍的构建和过程质量监管机制的建全。Modern apprenticeship system plays an important role in improving the quality system of personnel training,expanding employment and promoting the development of professional service industry.But in practice,there are also some deep-seated problems,mainly reflected in the construction of school enterprise cooperation mechanism,the unity of post requirements and curriculum content,the construction of teaching staff and the completion of process quality supervision mechanism.
