生态学视野下的酒店英语合作式教学模式研究

摘　　要：跨文化交际能力、服务技能、文化意识、反思能力这些不断根据酒店需求更新的能力是各大国际酒店HR招聘员工时,衡量应聘者水平的重要标准。笔者结合酒店行业的需求和多年教学实践,探索实践了生态学视野下的酒店英语合作式教学模式。论文将从生态学的角度阐述酒店英语合作式教学模式对于激发学生学习兴趣,提高学习效率和自主学习能力,构建和谐师生关系,提高学生酒店工作环境下英语综合应用能力等方面起到的积极作用,并最终促进酒店英语教学改革。The ability of cross-cultural communication,service skills,cultural awareness and reflective ability are constantly updated according to the needs of the hotel.It is an important standard to measure the level of candidates when HR of major international hotels recruits employees.Based on the needs of the hotel industry and many years of teaching practice,the author explores and practices the cooperative teaching mode of Hotel English from the perspective of ecology.From the perspective of ecology,this paper expounds the positive role of Hotel English cooperative teaching mode in stimulating students'interest in learning,improving the efficiency of learning and self-learning ability,building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,improving students'comprehensive application ability of English in the hotel working environment,and finally promoting the reform of Hotel English teaching.
