高职院校学生体育社团建设现状分析——以山东传媒职业学院为例

摘　　要：在高职教育新形势下,高职院校的体育教育与教学也在不断地发展和改革,为了能够最大程度地满足现今社会的全面整体需求及新时代高职院校学生的体育学习与锻炼需要,学校体育社团在高职院校的体育教育中扮演着越来越重要的角色。然而,受各种因素的影响,当前我国高职院校体育社团发展存在着制度不完善、社团经费不足、人员流动性大、缺乏优秀管理人才等诸多问题,制约着高职体育社团的发展空间。In the new situation of higher vocational education,the physical education and teaching of higher vocational colleges are also developing and reforming constantly.In order to meet the overall needs of the society and the needs of students’physical learning and exercise in the new era to the greatest extent,school sports associations play an increasingly important role in the physical education of higher vocational colleges.However,under the influence of various factors,there are many problems in the development of sports associations in higher vocational colleges,such as imperfect system,insufficient funds,large mobility of personnel,and lack of excellent management personnel,which restrict the development space of sports associations in higher vocational colleges.
