摘  要:针对某开发皮卡车型在初始设计方案下,2人配重设计状态和满载状态下的平顺性差异较大这一问题,文章将后悬振动频率这一表征平顺性的重要指标作为设计指标,制定了不同配重状态下的后悬振动频率目标值,找到初始设计方案中线性螺旋弹簧是不能使悬架刚度随着载荷变化而变化的根本原因。经过对比变刚度弹簧和双缓冲块两种设计解决方案,最终选择后者来改善车辆不同配重下的平顺性问题,为后续其他车辆不同配重平顺性改善提供借鉴。Aiming at the problem that one pickup under development with the original chassis design has different ride performance with two passengers under load condition and GVW load condition.The ride frequency of the rear suspension,which is an important indicator of ride performance,is taken as the design index.the target values of the ride frequency of the rear suspension in different load conditions are established.It is found that the linear coil spring can't make the suspension stiffness change with the load in the initial design.Using variable stiffness spring and dual jounce bumper are considered as solutions.The latter solution is chosen to improve the ride performance in different load conditions.This paper can be used for reference to solve the ride performance in different load conditions of other vehicles.
