摘 要:食品安全关系到国计民生与社会文明进步。当社会上频繁曝出恶性食品安全事件时,人们对食品安全的关注度与日俱增。食品安全道德具有规范性、调节性、引导性和评价性功能。对中国食品安全道德进行研究,可以为政府维护人民群众身体健康和生命安全提供参考,全面建成小康社会提供物质保障与思想保障,助力于稳步推进新时代中国特色社会主义道德体系的建设,并且有效明确了中国食品安全道德体系建设的正确方向与方法。本文除了对食品安全道德功能进行阐述外,还分别从经济、政治和传统文化视域,对中国食品安全道德的历史渊源进行了论述。Food safety is related to the national economy,people's livelihood and the progress of social civilization.When malignant food safety incidents are frequently exposed in society,people pay more and more attention to food safety.Food safety ethics has normative,regulatory,guiding and evaluative functions.The study of food safety morality in China can provide reference for the government to safeguard people's health and life safety,provide material and ideological guarantee for building a well-off society in an all-round way,help to steadily promote the construction of socialist moral system with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and effectively clarify the correct direction and method for the construction of food safety morality system in China.In addition to elaborating the moral function of food safety,this paper also discusses the historical origin of food safety morality in China from the perspective of economy,politics and traditional culture.
