摘　　要：针对毕业生自信心不足问题,修订培养方案,逐渐增加学生课外自主学习时间,尽量多地以案例、论文、报告等形式呈现学习成果,让学生在文献利用过程中反复训练独立思考能力,在整合大量信息的基础上形成独立的问题分析能力。针对实践能力培养不足问题,以独立学院机械专业本科生为研究及实施对象,提出以“4C×4P”为主线的全素质链培养模式,通过学生知识结构的完善、实践能力的提高、工程素养的形成,实现教育对人的价值。To improve self-confidence of graduates,the training program is revised to increase the out-of-class autonomous learning time.College students should present the learning results by cases,papers,reports,etc.as much as possible,as to repeatedly train their independent mind in the process of literature utilization,and form their independent problem analysis ability on the basis of integrating a large amount of information.Aiming at the problem of insufficient practical ability training,the undergraduates of mechanical major in independent college are discussed as the research and implementation object,a whole-chain training mode with"4C×4P"is put forward.The education value on human soul is realized through the improvement of students'knowledge structure,development of practical ability and formation of engineering literacy.
