疫情之下对高校社会心理服务工作的观察与思考

摘　　要：2020年春节,新型冠状病毒肺炎来袭,疫情被世卫组织列为国际关注的突发公共卫生事件,给我国公众带来了巨大的心理冲击。疫情之下,高校应积极发挥优势特长,参与社会心理服务工作,为社会和谐稳定贡献力量。本研究通过分析新冠肺炎疫情下高校社会心理服务工作的开展情况及存在问题,建议高校提升心理健康服务理念,建立高校心理工作服务体系,提高教师社会心理服务能力,培养学生心理应激能力,促进家长心理健康素养,从而提升高校社会心理服务能力。In the Spring Festival of 2020,COVID⁃19 was rampant.The epidemic was listed as a public health emergency of international concern by WHO,and brought tremendous psychological impact on the Chinese public.During the pandemic,colleges and universities ought to actively bring their superiority into full play,participate in psychosocial services,and contribute to social harmony and stability.This research analyzes the problems of psychosocial services in colleges and universities during the COVID⁃19 pandemic.It is recommended that colleges and universities should improve the awareness of social services in mental health,establish a psychosocial service system,improve teachers'psychosocial services,cultivate students'stress coping ability,and promote parents'mental health literacy,thereby enhancing their psychosocial services.
