摘　　要：以成果导向教育(OBE)为指导,以提高专业人才能力培养为基准,通过对IT行业进行调研,掌握行业对数据库人才的需求标准。借助校企协作,理顺课程在专业中的定位和对专业的支持度,提出数据库的三种课程能力,制订课程能力考核细则;借助线上课程资源,对教学效果进行持续改进,最终实现以学习成果为导向;克服学生学习的盲目性和被动性,突出行业标准培养学生的方式,结果表明,改革提升教学质量,并能有效地调动学生的积极性和创新能力。Under the guidance of OBE(Outcome Based Education)and the benchmark of improving the ability of professional talents,through the re⁃search of IT industry,we can master the industry's demand standard for database talents.With the help of school enterprise cooperation,straighten out the orientation of courses in the major and the degree of support for the major,put forward three kinds of course abilities of database,and formulate detailed rules for course ability assessment;with the help of online course resources,make continuous improve⁃ment on teaching effect,and finally realize the orientation of learning results;overcome the blindness and passivity of students'learning,highlight the way of cultivating students by industry standards,and finally the results show that the reform improves the quality of teaching,and can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm and innovation ability of students.
