摘  要:外压容器失稳是化工设备失效形式之一。高校中过程装备与控制工程专业多见此类专业实验。但由于设备陈旧、更新慢,投资较大,一直困扰实验教学更好地发展。针对以上问题,利用VR虚拟现实技术,以Unity 3D为开发引擎,3ds Max为建模工具,真实数据为依据,开发了外压容器失稳虚拟实验系统。系统从设备建模、状态管理、实验流程、进程管理、预制场景等方面进行研究,对现代实验教学改革具有极大的促进作用。Instability of external pressure vessel is one of the failure modes of chemical equipment.Such professional experiments are more common in process equipment and control engineering majors in universities.Due to outdated equipment,slow updating and large investment,it has always troubled the better development of experimental teaching.To solve these problems,a virtual experiment system for instability of external pressure vessels was developed by VR virtual reality technology,using Unity 3D as development engine and 3ds Max as modeling tool,and based on real data.The research was conducted from the aspects of equipment modeling,state management,experimental process,process management and prefabricated scenes,which greatly promoted the modern experimental teaching reform.
