摘 要:简单介绍了石油化工技术专业“双主体、四阶段、六对接”校企一体化现代学徒制人才培养模式。针对企业人才培养要求,结合学生认知特点和员工职业生涯发展探讨在现代学徒制试点过程中专业课程体系构建的思路,构建了由职业素质类课程、专业知识类课程、岗位能力课程和跟岗训教类课程构成的课程体系,按照四个阶段组织教学,实施理论与实践交替的教学安排,形成特色鲜明的现代学徒制工学交替教学组织模式。The training mode of modern apprenticeship system for petrochemical technology specialty was briefly introduced,which was“double subject,four stages and six docking”.In view of the enterprise personnel training requirements,combining with the characteristics of students cognition and employee career development in the modern apprenticeship pilot professional curriculum system construction in the process of thought,a curriculum system composed of professional quality courses,professional knowledge courses,post ability courses and post training courses was constructed.According to the four stages organization teaching,teaching arrangement of alternating theory and practice was implemented,and the distinctive modern apprenticeship engineering alternation teaching organization mode was formed.
