摘　　要：通过长期的班导师工作实践,从帮助新生适应大学生活、树立班导师威信、发挥"自己人"效应、建立班委定期汇报制度、与辅导员密切配合、进行赞美教育这六个方面总结了高校班导师工作的细节与技巧,与大家共勉,最终将班导师的工作做好。In this paper,through long-term class teacher work practice,the author has summarized the work detail and skills of class teacher of university from six aspects,which is"help all new students adapt to college life";"set up the class teacher authority";"play one of us effect";"establish the regular reporting system of class committee";"coordinate closely with the student counselor"and"carry on praises education".The author hopes these work detail and skills can encourage each other with everybody and eventually do the class teacher job well.
