地方应用型本科卓越农林人才培养模式探索与实践--以黄山学院园林专业为例

摘　　要：黄山学院园林专业在实施"卓越计划"中,围绕培养卓越农艺师战略,依托学校所处的地域优势,以社会需求为导向,以应用型人才培养为出发点,认真地进行人才培养目标与课程体系的构建,精心地进行教学方法的改进和实践基地的建设,注重学生应用能力的培养,通过对5个应用型卓越农林人才培养试点专业卓越班和普通班学生比较,卓越班人才培养模式有效地提高了学生的实践能力、创新能力和综合素质.In the excellence Programme,Huangshan University focuses on cultivating agronomist.Relying on the advantage position,the school sets up a teaching system of talents education with social demand oriented and a purpose of application-oriented cultivation.Meanwhile,we improve the teaching methods and construct the practice bases,pay much attention to the education of students’application ability.Through the comparison of the students in the excellent class and the ordinary class,we find that students in the excellent class have gained the improvement of practical ability,creation ability and comprehensive quality effectively.
