摘　　要：加速科技成果转化是新时期走中国特色自主创新道路、推动实现创新驱动发展和深化供给侧结构性改革的重要任务。科技成果转化的关键在于激励机制的有效性,而完善科技成果转化激励机制是科技体制改革的重要内容。作为创新和科技成果转化源头的高校,如何更好地发挥创新和高校职务科技成果转化引领作用,调动广大科研人员积极参与到成果转化中来是当前急需解决的问题。深入分析四川高校在职务发明混合所有制改革试验过程中遇到的问题,并提出相应对策。Deeply promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important task in the new era to take the road of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics,promote the development of innovation-driven development,and deepen supply-side structural reform.The key to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements lies in the effectiveness of the incentive mechanism,and the improvement of the incentive mechanism for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important part of the reform of the science and technology system.As a source of innovation and scientific and technological achievements,how to better play the role of innovation and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities,and mobilize the majority of scientific researchers to actively participate in the transformation of results is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problems encountered by Sichuan colleges and universities in the trial process of mixed ownership reform of service inventions,and puts forward reasonable suggestions,which is of great significance for the promotion in the country.
