摘　　要：班主任属于班级管理工作的直接参与者,班主任的角色在学校管理中发挥的作用不言而喻。而且班主任工作的质量,对学生成长也会形成明显的影响,对学校各项工作的顺利展开产生影响。培智班里面均是思想发育有障碍的学生,培智班的班主任工作面临诸多的挑战,应该跟学生多多的沟通交流,善于走进学生的心理,帮助学生建立起自强自立和积极健康向上人生态度,进而提升教学的质量。The head teacher belongs to the class management work direct participant,the role of the head teacher in the school management plays a self-evident role.In addition,the quality of the head teacher's work also has a significant impact on the growth of students and the smooth development of school work.The class is full of students with mental retardation.The head teacher of the class is faced with many challenges,so we should communicate more with students,be good at getting into students'psychology,help students establish self-reliance and positive and healthy attitude towards life,and then improve the quality of teaching.
