摘 要:目的建立分散液相微萃取(dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction,DLLME)-气相色谱串联质谱法(gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,GC-MS/MS)测定茶饮料中联苯菊酯的分析方法。方法样品经分散液相微萃取提取(60μL氯苯为萃取剂,0.8 mL乙腈为分散剂,超声萃取0.5 min),采用GC-MS/MS在多反应监测模式(multiple reaction monitoring,MRM)下分析,外标法定量。结果联苯菊酯在10~200μg/L的浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)大于0.99,检出限(S/N=3)为0.0027μg/L,在0.5、1.0和2.5μg/L 3个水平的添加浓度下,回收率在92.5%~98.7%之间,相对标准偏差小于5.7%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便快速、准确可靠、灵敏度高,可用于茶饮料中联苯菊酯的检测。Objective To develop a method for determination of bifenthrin in tea drink by dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(DLLME)coupled with gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).Methods The tea drink samples were extracted by DLLME(60μL chlorobenzene as the extraction solvent,0.8 mL acetonitrile as the dispersive solvent,sonication for 0.5 min).The treated samples were then subjected to GC-MS/MS using multiple reaction monitor(MRM)acquisition mode,and the external standard method was used for quantification.Results Bifenthrin had the good linear relationship in the range of 10-200μg/L(r2>0.99).The limit of detection(S/N=3)of the method was 0.0027μg/L.The recoveries at levels of 0.5,1.0 and 2.5μg/L were ranged from 92.5%to 98.7%.The relative standard deviations(RSDs)were less than 5.7%(n=6).Conclusion The established method is rapid,simple,sensitive,repeatable,and reliable for analysis of bifenthrin in tea drink.
