摘　　要：隐性课程是教育活动中不可或缺的内容,随着信息技术高速发展,隐性课程的内涵和外延都有了极大的变化。教育者必须要依托科学的技术和方法深入分析学习者的内在需求,通过线上线下系统设计开展物质场源、精神场源、人际场源的建设,形成能不断激发学习者学习成长动机的"心理场",从而使教育教学目标实现。Hidden curriculum is an indispensable content in educational activities.With the rapid development of information technology,the connotation and extension of hidden curriculum have changed greatly.Educators must rely on scientific techniques and methods to deeply analyze the internal needs of learners and develop the construction of material field source,spiritual field source and interpersonal field source through online and offline system design,so as to form a psychological field that can stimulate learners'motivation,and achieve the educational and teaching goals.
