摘　　要：随着互联网时代的飞速发展,网络教育已经成为新型教育的新趋向,实现远程网络教育是我们教育现代化的风向标。而在传统的船员的培训教育体系中,直面教学一直是我们船员培训教育的基石。这是因为船员教育有着自己独特性,它更需要实体性教学让船员更好地掌握相关实用技术。但是随着今年特殊的疫情状态,快速实现船员远程教育已经成为保障水上航运的重要指标。With the rapid development of the Internet era,online education has become a new trend of new education.The realization of distance online education is the vane of education modernization.In the traditional crew training and education system,face-to-face teaching has always been the cornerstone of crew training and education.This is because the crew education has its own uniqueness,and it needs physical teaching to let the crew better master related practical techniques.However,with the special epidemic situation this year,the rapid realization of distance education for seafarers has become an important indicator for ensuring water shipping.
