产学合作协同育人的机制研究

摘　　要：在国内现代化建设步伐不断加快的时代背景之下,社会经济得到了极为迅猛的发展,同时市场对所需要的人才也有了更高的标准.为满足市场对应用型技术人才的实际需求,高校必须依托现有资源加强实践教育工作,应当以产学合作协同育人的方式,不断提高学生的实践应用能力.对此,文章从产学合作及协同育人机制的实质入手,通过对当下高校教育中既有问题的分析,提出了几点实现产学合作协同育人的个人见解,以供教育界同仁参考.Under the social background of the accelerating pace of domestic modernization construction,the social economy has developed rapidly,and the market also has a higher standard for the talents needed.In order to meet the actual demand of market for applied technical talents,colleges and universities must rely on existing resources to strengthen practical education,and should continue to improve students'practical application ability in the way of industry-university cooperation and cooperative education.In this regard,starting with the essence of industry-university cooperation and cooperative education mechanism,through the analysis of the existing problems in current higher education,this paper puts forward some personal opinions on the realization of industry-university cooperation and cooperative education,for the reference of educational colleagues.
