摘 要:六相永磁同步电机具有低压大功率、转矩脉动小和容错能力强等优势,特别适合于船舶电力推进领域。针对六相永磁同步电机系统常见的定子绕组缺相故障,结合故障检测机制提出了一种基于零序电流中线补偿的缺相故障容错矢量控制结构,无需根据不同相绕组开路和中性点连接方式重新建立降维解耦的数学模型。为了解决绕组缺相故障引起的转速跟踪和转矩脉动问题,提出了一种鲁棒自适应反步滑模转速容错控制算法,利用自适应估计和鲁棒控制思想分别实时补偿系统存在的慢时变参数摄动和快时变负载扰动,实现了六相永磁同步电机缺相故障运行的转速高精度跟踪和扰动抑制特性。通过半实物仿真平台和绕组缺相故障模拟试验,验证了所提中线补偿策略和转速容错控制算法的有效性。Six-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSMs)are extensively applied in the field of ship electric propulsion for its advantages like high output power with low voltage,small torque ripple,and high fault-tolerant reliability etc.Based on the fault detection mechanism and zero-order current midline compensation,a fault-tolerant vector control structure was proposed for the common stator winding faults in thesix-phase PMSM system.There is no need to update the model corresponding to the different neutral connections and open phases.A robust adaptive backstepping sliding mode speed fault-tolerance controller was designed to guarantee thespeed tracking and minimum torque pulsation.In the method,adaptive estimation and robust control were utilized to compensate the slow time-varying parameter perturbations and fast time-varying load disturbances respectively.Effectiveness of the proposed midline compensation strategy and speed fault-tolerance controller is verified through semi-physical simulation platform and winding fault simulation tests.
