高校体育教学中如何培养学生的终身体育意识

摘　　要：为了迎合社会对人才方面的需求,在我国各大高校中越来越重视学生素质教育的培养,以及学生全面综合素质与能力的发展。因此,在各大高校体育教学中开展学生终身体育意识的培养,利用趣味性的教学方法,将体育教学理论与实践相结合,开展丰富的体育活动,激发学生对体育运动的兴趣,以此推进学生终身体育意识的提高。所以,本文先对终身体育意识与高校体育教学的内在联系进行介绍,然后阐述了培养终身体育意识的有效策略。In order to meet the needs of society for talents,more and more attention has been paid to the cultivation of students’quality education and the development of students’comprehensive quality and ability in colleges and universities in our country.Therefore,in the physical education teaching of colleges and universities,we should carry out the cultivation of students’lifelong physical education consciousness,combine physical education teaching theory with practice by using interesting teaching methods,carry out rich physical activities,stimulate students’interest in physical education,so as to promote the improvement of students’lifelong physical education consciousness.Therefore,this paper first introduces the internal relationship between lifelong physical education consciousness and physical education teaching in colleges and universities,and then expounds the effective strategies to cultivate lifelong physical education consciousness.
