摘 要:研究目的:通过对在高校进行过散打训练的学生进行研究,说明通过练习散打使学生自身的人格更加健全。研究方法:通过调查问卷筛选出有效数据,采用自身前后对照的方式,比较出进行散打运动前后时间段自身的性格、思想等方面的变化。研究结果:高校散打专业运动员在专业训练过程中,同时在自身训练与生活环境的影响下,拥有比较强烈的团队意识,性格开朗活泼。高校非散打运动员练习散打之后,性格变得越来越开朗,有民族责任感和自卫防身意识,同时也提高了抗压能力和心理健康水平,进而健全了自己的人格。Objective:to study the changes in personality and thoughts of students after practicing sanda(free combs)by studying the students who have undergone sanda training in colleges and universities,and to illustrate that sanda training makes students' own personality more sound.Research methods:to screen out effective data through questionnaires,and compare the changes in personality,thoughts and other aspects before and after sanda exercise with the method of self-comparison.Research results:in the process of professional training and under the in fluence of their own training and living environment,college sanda professi onal athletes have a strong sense of teamwork and cheerful and lively personality.After college non-sanda athletes practice san da,their characters become increasingly cheerful,with full sense of national responsibility and self—defense consciousness while at the same time their ability of college students to resist pressure,their mental health level their own personality are all improved.
