摘 要:跨境电商快速发展为高职商贸类专业(群)发展带来新机遇,提出新要求。为摆脱人才培养困境,沙洲职业工学院依托国际经济与贸易省级重点专业(群),创建校企深度融合的跨境电商企业学院新平台,探索校企协同育人机制,构建"双元主体、进阶分流"人才培养模式,推进项目导向实战化教学。通过高职院校、企业与学生的三边协调活动,让学生流向适合其个性发展需要的分流渠道,也有利于企业摆脱"用人、留人"困境。The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce brings new opportunities and requirements for the development of business majors(groups)in higher vocational colleges.In order to get rid of the dilemma of talent cultivation,Shazhou Professional Institute of Technology,relying on the key disciplines(groups)of international economy and trade at the provincial level,creates a new platform of cross-border e-commerce enterprise-college with deep integration of school and enterprise,explores the mechanism of school-enterprise collaborative education,constructs the talent cultivation mode of“dual subjects,advanced diversion”,and promotes the project-oriented practical teaching.Through the coordinated activities of higher vocational colleges,enterprises and students,the students flow to the diversion channel suitable for their personality development needs.It also helps enterprises get rid of the dilemma of“employing and retaining people”.
