高职院校校园文化建设融入优秀地域文化的路径选择--以江苏省部分高职院校为例

摘　　要：在江苏部分高职院校进行校园文化和地域文化相融合所取得的经验和不足的基础上,提出了有效融合的可行性路径:即以精神文化为引领,将地域文化融入学校核心价值观教育;以物质文化为抓手,形成特色鲜明的校园育人环境;以活动文化为依托,让学生在实践中感受地域文化的独特魅力;以制度文化为根本,确保高职院校特色校园文化建设有实效。On the basis of the experience and deficiency of the integration of on-campus culture and regional culture in some higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province,this paper proposes the feasible path of effective integration:Higher vocational colleges can take spiritual culture as the guide,integrating regional culture into the school's core values education;Higher vocational colleges can take material culture as the starting point,forming a distinctive on-campus education environment;Higher vocational colleges can rely on activity culture,letting students experience the unique charm of regional culture in practice;Higher vocational colleges can take system culture as the basis to ensure the effective construction of characteristic on-campus culture in higher vocational colleges.
