摘 要:老年教育是全民终身教育的有机组成部分,在积极应对人口老龄化、建设学习型社会中发挥着重要作用。通过对内蒙古地区12个盟市60岁以上的老年人进行问卷调查,建立Logistic回归模型,对模型及老年教育需求影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明,老年教育需求度高、需求面广,但也存在差异,影响较大的因素包括性别、民族、职业类型(退休前)、健康状况、所在行政区划、区域以及对老年教育了解程度等。相关因素分析为因地制宜、因材施教,增强老年教育供给与需求匹配度,提供重要数据基础,为更好发挥开放大学办学优势,发展远程老年教育,合理配置老年教育资源,优化老年教育供给结构,有效提高老年群体教育参与度和生活品质,提供决策参考和实践指导。Old age education is an integral part of lifelong education for all,it plays an important role in actively responding to the aging of the population and building a learning society.Questionnaire survey of elderly people over 60 years old in 12 league cities in Inner Mongolia,Establish a logistic regression model,An empirical analysis of the factors affecting the model and the needs of the elderly.The results show that the demand for education in the elderly is high and the demand is wide.But there are also differences.The most influential factors include gender,ethnicity,occupational type(before retirement),health status,administrative division,region,and understanding of education for the elderly.Relevant factors analysis is to adapt to local conditions and teach students in accordance with their aptitude,Enhance the matching between the supply and demand of the elderly education,Provide an important data foundation,In order to give full play to the advantages of opening a university,develop long-distance old-age education,rationally allocate old-age education resources,optimize the supply structure of old-age education,effectively improve the educational participation and quality of life of the elderly,and provide decision-making reference and practical guidance.
