摘　　要：针对职业技能竞赛对专业实训室建设的重要引领作用,分析了当前实训室建设与实训教学的现状,从促进专业教师成长、促进教学团队形成、促进实训室基础建设进程、促进学生专业技能与职业素养提升等方面,阐述了职业技能竞赛对实训室建设的积极影响,提出了关于专业实训室建设的有关思考与措施。In view of the important leading role of vocational skills competition in the construction of professional training rooms,this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of training rooms and training teaching,and expounds the positive influence of vocational skills competition on the construction of training rooms from the aspects of promoting the growth of professional teachers,promoting the formation of teaching teams,promoting the basic construction process of training rooms,and promoting the improvement of students'professional skills and professionalism,Some thoughts and measures on the construction of professional training room are put forward.
