摘  要:工程监理行业承担着保证工程质量的重任,但同时监理行业也存在很多问题,主要包括:社会认可度不高,工作满意度不高,工作绩效较低等,这些问题严重影响到工程监理行业的发展。分析工程监理人员工作绩效影响机理对于监理行业发展具有重要意义。本文对制度规范、薪酬待遇、社会认知、工作满意度以及工作绩效之间的影响关系进行分析,由此构建出工程监理人员工作绩效的影响路径假设模型,并通过结构方程模型方法对模型进行验证,最终明确监理人员工作绩效的影响路径。制度规范对于监理人员工作绩效既有直接正向影响关系也有间接正向影响关系,薪酬待遇和社会认知通过工作满意度对工作绩效只有间接正向影响关系,工程监理人员的工作满意度对于工作绩效有明显的正向影响关系。The engineering supervision industry undertakes the task of ensuring the engineering quality,but at the same time,there are many problems in the supervision industry,including:low social recognition,low job satisfaction,low work performance,which seriously affect the development of the engineering supervision industry.The key factor restricting these problems is how to improve the work performance of engineering supervisors effectively.This paper analyzes the relationship among institutional norms,remuneration,social cognition,job satisfaction and work performance,and constructs a hypothetical model of the impact path of engineering supervisors’work performance.And the model is verified by the structural equation modeling method,and finally the influence path of the supervisors’work performance is clearly defined.The institutional norms have both direct positive impacts and indirect positive impacts on the performance of supervisors.The remuneration and social cognition have indirect positive impacts on work performance through job satisfaction.The job satisfaction of engineering supervisors has an obviouspositive impact on work performance.
