摘 要:目的 探讨同伴教学模式在留学生内科实习中的运用.方法 临床系五年制普通本科生40名,留学生50名作为研究资料,随机被分成3组:组1(普通本科生组),组2(留学生组),组3(普通本科生及留学生同伴教学组).评价各组实习生实习出科成绩、教学满意度、患者满意度.结果 采取常规PBL教学模式+PAL教学模式,可以明显提高留学生内科学实习出科考试成绩,学生教学满意度及患者满意度.结论 PAL教学模式可以明显改善留学生内科实习的教学质量.Objective To explore the application of peer teaching mode in internal medicine practice for international students.Methods 40 cases of five-year undergraduate students in the clinical department and 50 international students as research materials were randomly divided into three groups:group 1(the general undergraduate group),group 2(the international student group),group 3(the ordinary undergraduate students and the international student peer teaching group).Evaluate the internship performance,teaching satisfaction,and patient satisfaction of each group of interns.Results Adopting the conventional PBL teaching mode+PAL teaching mode can significantly improve the results of internal medicine internship examinations for foreign students,student satisfaction with teaching and patient satisfaction.Conclusion PAL teaching mode can obviously improve the teaching quality of internal medicine practice for international students.
