研学旅行背景下高职研学导师人才培养探析

摘　　要：研学旅行作为一种创新教育形式,在现阶段呈现出巨大的市场活力。但由于其在中国当代教育的发展中起步较晚,研学导师的培养严重滞后于产业发展。高职院校作为高技能专业人才成长的摇篮,满足市场需求,加快研学人才培养迫在眉睫。文章通过对研学导师岗位内涵进行分析,明确了职业能力要求,并对高职研学导师人才培养提出了相关建议。As an innovative form of education,study travel shows great market vitality at the moment.However,due to its late start in the development of contemporary education in China,the cultivation of study tutors lags behind the industrial development.In this context,higher vocational colleges,as the cradle of the growth of high skilled professionals,meet the market demand and accelerate the cultivation of research talents,which is imminent.Based on the analysis of connotation of the position of study tutor,the requirements of the professional ability are made clear.On this basis,suggestions are put forward for the cultivation of the study tutor talents in higher vocational colleges.
