摘　　要：试验采用三乙胺乙腈、异硫氰酸苯酯乙腈柱前衍生高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定了6个糯玉米品种子粒成熟过程中不同时期的氨基酸含量。结果表明:供试材料中共检测出18种氨基酸,均呈现良好的线性关系。6个品种中JZ3的游离氨基酸总量及各时期游离氨基酸总量的平均值均最高,JZ1最低。授粉后16~24 d各品种所含必需氨基酸总量增长幅度较大,JZ2的增长率最高,JZ6增长率最低。授粉后28 d,各品种的游离必需氨基酸总量达到最高值。在子粒成熟过程中必需氨基酸含量的变化并不统一,其总和在子粒生育期呈现“S”型增长模式。从游离氨基酸总量变化分析,JZ3品种的最佳采收期为授粉后24 d,其他5个品种最佳采收期为授粉后28 d。In this experiment,triethylamine acetonitrile and phenyl isothiocyanate acetonitrile pre-column derivatization high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)were used to determine changes of amino acid content of 6 waxy maize varieties at different stages of grain maturation.The results showed that 18 kinds of amino acids were detected in the tested materials,which showed good linear relationship.Among the 6 varieties,JZ3 has the highest total free amino acid content and the average value of total free amino acid content in each period,while JZ1 has the lowest.After pollination,the total amount of essential amino acids in all varieties increased greatly from 16 to 24 days,with JZ2 having the highest growth rate and JZ6 having the lowest growth rate.Twenty-eight days after pollination,the total amount of free essential amino acids in all varieties reached the highest value.The changes of essential amino acid content in the process of grain maturation are not uniform,and their sum presents an S-type growth pattern in the grain growth period.According to the change of the total free amino acids,the best harvest time of JZ3 variety is 24 days after pollination,and the best harvest time of other 5 varieties is 28 days.
